In relation to your query about an audit requirement I have attached the Institute of Chartered Accountants Audit and Review Requirements for Australian Entities and below is the relevant section of the Corporations Law. Clause 22.2 Auditor of the Constitution only applies if under the Corporations Act there was requirement or a direction from the members for an audit. If the PFA revenue is under $250,000.00 it does not have to have the accounts audited unless directed by its members.

The Fernando Cup will be held at Chateau Dorrien on Sunday 3rd April.
This is a Doubles competition.
Note this is not a PFA sanctioned event and there will be novice unlicenced players involved using recreational boule.

Attached is the Second Notice for the AGM be held at Bexley, Sydney, New South Wales on Friday March 25th , 2016 at 7:00pm.
The new season opened in fine, if somewhat chilly, conditions. As usual for the first round of the season, everyone starts on an equal footing. There are no seedings, no pools, no finals and no ‘snakes and ladders’. Instead, it’s just a simple five game draw with placings decided by wins and points – a random format that often throws up a few surprises. This occasion was no exception, with none of the usual suspects making it to the podium positions and a number of personal best results being recorded by their replacements.Continue reading
